EngineVult AI provides artificial intelligence consulting, AI Voice Agent deployment, business automation, marketing intelligence, and related services as described on our website. Specific service terms are set out in individual client agreements or Statements of Work.
3. Acceptable Use
You may not use our website or services to: violate any applicable law or regulation; transmit harmful, offensive, or unlawful content; attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems; resell or redistribute our services without written agreement; use our AI systems to generate content that is misleading, defamatory, or harmful.
4. Intellectual Property
All content on enginevult.ai — including text, graphics, logos, and software — is owned by EngineVult AI or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent. Client deliverables are subject to the IP terms in your specific agreement.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, EngineVult AI shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim in the 12 months preceding the claim.
6. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or prominent notice on our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
