We collect: (a) contact information you provide when enquiring about our services (name, email address, phone number, company name); (b) usage data collected automatically when you visit our website (IP address, browser type, pages visited, time on site — via analytics tools); (c) communications data from emails, enquiry forms, and call recordings where applicable; (d) for AI Voice Agent deployments, call transcripts and interaction data as agreed with the client under a Data Processing Agreement.
3. How We Use Your Personal Data
We process your personal data to: respond to your enquiries and provide our services (lawful basis: contract / legitimate interests); send service-related communications (lawful basis: contract); send marketing communications where you have consented or where we have a legitimate interest (lawful basis: consent / legitimate interests); improve our website and services through analytics (lawful basis: legitimate interests); comply with legal obligations (lawful basis: legal obligation).
4. Data Retention
We retain personal data for as long as necessary for the purpose collected: enquiry and contact data — 3 years from last contact; client contractual data — 7 years (legal requirement); website analytics data — 26 months (anonymised); AI Voice Agent call data — as specified in the client Data Processing Agreement (default 90 days). You may request deletion at any time.
5. Your Rights Under UK GDPR
You have the right to: access your personal data; correct inaccurate data; request erasure ("right to be forgotten"); restrict processing; data portability; object to processing; not be subject to solely automated decision-making with significant effects. To exercise any right, contact contact@enginevult.ai. We respond within 30 days. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the ICO (ico.org.uk).
6. Data Transfers
We primarily process data within the UK and European Economic Area. Where we use third-party services that transfer data outside the UK/EEA (e.g., cloud AI infrastructure), we ensure adequate protections are in place through Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent mechanisms.
